Step 1: Add a few cups of water to a straight-sided skillet or medium saucepan:
Step 2: Add chopped kale to the skillet, cover, and steam until softened and bright green, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: Add oil and chopped garlic to the skillet and return the kale. Stir to combine and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4: Add 1 cup vegetable broth, coriander, cumin and garam masala and cook until fragrant and the kale is softened, about 3 minutes.
